CAPTAIN YOUR OWN COCKTAIL
Blackberry Basil
Bramble
o 2 ounces Rediviva Blue Plum Brandy
o 1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
o 2 teaspoons simple syrup (sweeten to taste)
o 1 ounce Rediviva Blackberry Liqueur
Pour contents in a shaker and shake until cold then pour into glass with ice.
o Garnish: Lemon half-wheel
o Garnish: Fresh blackberry
Rediviva Slivovitz
Split base
o ¾ ounce Rediviva Blue Plum brandy
o ¾ ounce Rediviva Eterna (or a good rum, like El Dorado)
o ½ ounce lime juice
o ½ to ¾ ounce simple syrup
o Pour contents into a shaker and shake until cold, then pour into a glass with ice.
Father’s Wake (Old Fashioned variation)
o 2 oz Rediviva Eterna
o ½ oz Rediviva Cherry Almond Liqueur
o ¼ oz Rediviva Orange Liqueur
o 1 dash Angostura bitters
o Pour contents into a mixing glass with ice, stir until cold, then strain into a rocks glass over a large cube of ice.
o Orange peel or Dark Cherry for garnish
